Reading the Ageing Face
Bone, ligaments and fat, how faces age, and what each line is really telling you. Deflation, resorption or tether, and the tests that tell them apart.

Injector 10X is the six-week system I use at DermaGlo to turn one-area appointments into phased full-face plans. One day with me at The Method in Leeds, four weeks of me checking your plans, and the framework and templates I actually use.

You’ve done the training. You’ve put the hours in, you’re posting your work, and your results are good. Clients leave happy. But look at what they actually spend with you: £200 to £500 on average. A bit of lip, some tox, and then you don’t see them again for months.
The problem isn’t your skill, and it isn’t your content. There’s no framework behind the treatment. Nothing shows the client what they could look like before you start, nothing turns that into a phased plan, and nothing keeps them coming back once the plan is done.
My clients spend £3,000 to £5,000 on average, and I’ll show you exactly how. You’ll learn the consultation and sales skills to present a full-face plan with confidence. You’ll get the tools to render a client’s potential result and phase it into a plan they buy into. And I’ll show you how to price it and move clients onto a membership. You keep the same clients, they spend more each, and they stay.

When someone new sits in my chair, I don’t ask what they want doing. I take them through a consultation framework I’ve built over eight years. It’s the same structure every time, and it’s designed so clients open up and tell me what’s really bothering them. It also lets me raise things they hadn’t mentioned without it feeling rude or like I’m pointing out flaws. Then I use my calliper framework and lighting to show them the planes and transitions in their own face. From that, I build the plan around what they actually want.
Twenty-four hours later, the plan lands in their inbox. Everything is on it: the steps, the phases, the prices and the aftercare, all preloaded by my software. Next to it is a rendered image of their potential result. That’s the moment they buy, because they can see exactly where they’re going and what it takes to get there. It isn’t clever. It’s a system, it’s the same every time, and it’s what I’m teaching.

Which type of ageing you’re looking at, which zones are driving it, which plane you’re working in and which product goes where. You’ll practise on three real faces before the day and on a model on the day.

Phase one, two and three, with products, areas and dates, on the treatment-plan template and phasing calendar we use at DermaGlo. You’ll bring one to the day and I’ll rework it with you.

Product cost, time and margin for every phase, worked out on my margin calculator, so you know the price is right before you say it. Then deposit taken, every phase in the diary, and a six-touch follow-up that goes out on its own if they go quiet.

Not a video course. Not a template pack. A six-week system: techniques, software, dashboards, Zoom support and community, built to raise what each client spends and how long they stay.

About three and a half hours online: the ageing face, reading a face with light, the planes and where the arteries run, product choice, full-face toxin, the consultation and phasing. Plus two small tasks to bring to the day.
Watch between clients
Theory in the morning, taught on a real face. Products in your hand. In the afternoon, a live full-face phase one on the bed with you rotating in. Then we build the plan, present it and price it.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner · Filmed
Bring a real plan and I rework it in front of everyone. Hot seats where you price a plan and I play the client. All recorded, and I’m in the community an hour every weekday. Then five more modules, with the community and app open for twelve months.

The model
You’re already good with a needle. The model changes what you sell: one phased plan instead of one syringe.
Every new client leaves with a three-phase plan instead of a single treatment.
My clients spend £3,000 to £5,000 on average, against the £200 to £500 most injectors see.
A rendered image of their potential result goes out with the plan, 24 hours after the consult.
A review after every phase, then a membership, so clients stay on your books.
Cost per phase and margin worked out first, so you say the price with confidence.
The same consultation, callipers and light on every client, so it holds up as your diary fills.
What you get
Consultation, plan design and conversion, then the injection techniques to see every plan through. No guesswork on the face, the plan or the price.
1My consultation framework, callipers and light to map planes and transitions. Clients open up, and you can suggest more without it sounding like a sales pitch.
2The plan builder loads the phases, steps, products and prices for you, so a full-face plan takes minutes.
3The plan and a rendered image of their potential result land 24 hours later. That’s when they say yes.
4The injection techniques to carry it out: planes and danger zones, product choice and full-face toxin. Then a membership to keep them.

Curriculum
Bone, ligaments and fat, how faces age, and what each line is really telling you. Deflation, resorption or tether, and the tests that tell them apart.
My light assessment: which shadows to keep, which to treat, and how to photograph every visit in the same light.
Every zone coded by cause and layer, so you read and write plans the same way every time.
Which plane in which zone, needle or cannula, the arteries zone by zone, the occlusion protocol, and when not to treat.
Firm on bone, flexible in motion, fine and superficial. The six-category matrix with the products I stock.
Toxin as a shaper, upper and lower face, how it sits alongside filler, and male dosing.
From “I just want lips” to a full plan, using the consultation framework I’ve built over eight years. Filmed on a real DermaGlo client.
Live assessment, products in your hand, the head lab, a live phase one on a model, then you build, present and price the plan yourself.
Foundation, contour, refinement. The plan template and phasing calendar, walked through on a full case.
Cost per phase, one package price, deposits and instalments, and memberships for retention.
The rendered result image, the client plan, how to send it 24 hours later, and the six-touch follow-up.
Same-light photos, review windows, the 10X Dashboard, and four of my cases taken phase by phase.
